A side project I’ve been working on after the 1st interview where I make a wishbone styled game elements for one of my 3rd year projects “HeartBreak: The Gameshow”. [started on October 8th]
Currently still a work in progress due to personal matters - I am planning to complete a final concept look later in the week:
Portfolio
Wishbone Games
Contents:
Original 3rd year project
Concept Art [Persephone, Hades, Cupid + Work in progress Slot icons]
Spine rig test [First Attempt in learning the software and layouts]
The 3rd year project in question:
Just here for context of the characters & their world.
I worked on this project as a director/producer/animator/compositor - managing up to 27 people within different departments (i.e voice-acting, concept artists, animators, sound design) within the span of 5-6 months.
Original 3rd year Project:
Heartbreak the Gameshow
With research into game design and the company’s art styles/aesthetics, I restyled my characters again as well as designed game assets and elements.
Currently still working on the slot machine icons - and will start the main layout of the makeshift game later this week.

I’ve also downloaded the free trial of SPINE just to try it out. Since I already had some experience rigging in Toonboom Harmony, this was easier than expected (and I would say easier than Harmony’s node system).
Although this is a really rough test just to get an idea of how it worked, within 3 hours I learnt how to mesh, add bones, parent, and animate within 1 session of Spine.
I am still open and willing to learn more about the software as I keep using it.

With the temporary blue-screen, I am thinking of implementing her animation as a side character within the main layout of the “game” just using a video editing software. Since this is a trial version it didn’t let me export the file. I’m aiming to learn how to animate the slot icons next.
